A mixed use housing development in East Vancouver.
50 units of affordable and non-market housing in East Vancouver
Mark Ashby (with Francl Architecture Inc) was Project Architect for this 50 suite mixed-use development for Vancity Enterprises in Burnaby, BC.
The project included 20% non-market housing and community space in addition to market suites and commercial space with the intention of contributing to a complete community in Burnaby. The project applied best environmental practices at the time and is constructed to conform with LEED Silver.
Construction budget: $14.5m
